I have just purchased an Amphicar !!.....It is a
1966 Red in color. I am in Florida on vacation now, so I have not even seen it yet, asthe car isin storage up in NY state, near Rochester. It is in perfect condition....
This will be one heck of a new experience for me....I can hardly wait for spring to return, so I can get back home and see my new car. I had it completely inspected before I laid out cash for it....wish me luck.....as I have a few things to learn.....best part is, I have a mechanic in my hip pocket...he understands these cars completely !! Now I have to re-learn how to stick shift drive ! Ugh !!
