I used a NAPA 880 as documented in these archives from years ago.
Ground about .5mm from outside of end bearing cap with valve grinder,
added about 80/1000 shim on both sides for outside locking caps.
Grease fitting is inside the joint.

I believe Tommy (in Tampa...) took another approach as bored out the
yoke just a bit. Not sure what joint he used as all axles aren't the
same.
