Ted, Mine have grease fittings for the spline as does this extra axle. Should be easy for a machine shop to add them.

was wondering if zerk fittings could be installed to grease the spline between the two axle halves? Would be great to not have to remove the boot and dissassemble to grease. I seem to recall that the newer axles have a zerk fitting for this purpose.
