There it is right in the link you sent. "Restoration Coverage". I was told by my local agent that Hagerty did not have that option. I take back all the bad thoughts about them and will dump them on my agent.

I know a few that use the restoration policy feature to protect their works in progress. Unsure why Hagerty won't protect you as long as it is inside and locked up? You need to tell them you are restoring it no matter how many years it may take.http://www.hagerty.com/Auto/vehicle_features.aspx
