The propshfts are easy to remove. On the rear side of the water trans the propshafts are bolted to a round flange with 4 bolts. You will need the special wrench or bit to remove them. (8mm spline tool, vw's and opels use them or 12 point, 8mm Triple Square socket bit) Once the bolts are out you may need to pry the shaft off the flange slightly, then pull them off the splined shaft that exits the hull.

If you are referring to the outside propshafts, remove all 8 bolts from the flange and 2 brackets then CARFEFULLY pry or pull them away from the hull. They will be stuck tight, so be patient.
