Hi Ted,
I bought a glass fibre hood for the front trunk some 15 years ago from
Hugh. Finnish on both sides is very good. The front “lip” needed a lot
of abrasives in order to accept the thin chrome list. So far it looks
o.k. – no cracks or deformation.
Of course a solid metal hood is nicer but as an alternative I think it’s
o.k.

Thinking about purchasing a fiberglass trunk hood. Can anybody other
than Hugh or Gord tell me what they think? Fit, finish, etc.
