The proper way to tow would be to use straps. You should attach them around
the front and rear axle area's. Be sure on the back you do not rope it
around your actual axle or your brake line. It can be looped around the
accillating arm where you can feel free to wrench it down as tight as you
like. Do not use the rear bumpers, rear prop shafts, front bumper or even
the tow hook as it is not necessary. Toooooooo valuable! I do like tire
straps for the front but I don't use them , there easy and work ok but in no
way are they as secure as the method above. With all four wheels strapped
there is no need for a safety chain but it never hurts. Be sure to hook it
loose.
