I'd be interested in David Chapman's comments regarding the Landshark.
I was also interested in David's hints re storage where he suggests you set
dehumidifier to keep relative humidity below 70 percent. This sure tells us
that it is WET in the UK. In the northeast and central parts of USA & Canada
it is a struggle to bring the humidity UP to 50% in the cold winter weather.
I've heard it gets chilly in Wisconsin too!!!
I'm spending the winter in Vancouver (where it rains all winter and
dehumidification may be required) and am interested in hearing from any
local, wet coast(pun intended) Amphicar afficionados. Dave Field

Landshark is a great idea but it's very early stages - pre prototype - As
far as
I know there is no financial backing for it, the technical design hasn't
been sorted and I'm not sure how much work has been done on marketing etc.

86% humidity outside at the moment and it's been at least 80% all week, it's
not the humidity meter - when I bought it in Chicago in July and it was
reading about 45% !
