Dixon's last posts, and doing a search on his term "HNIC", I have
decided to ban him from the list.

I reviewed all of Mike's previous postings to the list and find that
he has added very little, if anything, to the discussion of
Amphicars. He has, on repeated occassions, flung offensive epithets
