Amphicar radios - 05-01-2002, 10:06 AM

I was looking in the files section and saw a posting of a stock
Amphicar radio. Just wondering how many of them are out there. Any in
working ordor? Anyone with one to sell? :-)

Craig, Nothing was fitted at the factory, some cars had a radio with the word
Amphicar on it fitted by one of the dealers in the USA but to be honest it's an
ugly looking thing that doesn't match anything else on the dashboard.

I think the best radio for Amphicar is an original Blaupunkpt with white knobs
as was fitted to many of the European cars, there is a photo on my website here.
