Amphipoda Missed His Calling! - 07-02-2002, 10:05 PM

Amphipoda?s California Swim Report in the Club Newsletter is some of the
best humor I?ve seen in a while. Do you suppose he writes for sit-coms
in the evening? He is bringing it out in the open that Amphicar owners
are in their second childhood. So what?s wrong with that! I am
ceretainly glad that we are on the road to having more Swim-Ins in CA.
As busy as we are, we should always find the time to swim with other
Amphicar owners. Also, I want to mention that Ed Howard was the host
of the Puddingstone Lake Swim-In on May 4th. We could have been
mistaken for the hosts as we provided hamburgers to a few hungry souls.

Thank you, Allan, for the publicity.

Let's think Saturday, September 7th for another
post-summer Swim-In gathering at Puddingstone.

Anyone up for it?

Never too soon to start planning!
