I believe I may have found a source for the oval shaped mirrors. Can
somebody send me a good close up pic and dimentions of one?

These are the original type (outside fender mount) installed by
dealers. They have an oval head and long stem. You can see them in
some of the literature, although not clearly. If anyone has one,
PLEASE send me a pic before the few I found are gone. This guy has a
few, they are new manufacture, good quality, and best of all,
reasonable cost! I believe they are the correct design.
