Car Fishing on Opening Day

A bit cool, foggy & drizzly (39 degrees), but pretty
good luck in "Amphi vs the Trout". Decided to leave
the top up as the heater is more efficient that way,
although the "real" boaters consider it cheating.
Only one bite from 6:30am to 7:45am, but caught and
released 4 from 10:15 to 11:00am. When number 5 got
hung up in the rear bumper (fairly heavy rain by now)
rather unsportmansly-like decided to cut the line and
call it day, rather than lower the top and untangle
the mess.

Hope the sun decides to make a "guest appearance for
all of the Boating Season Opening Day festivities next
weekend. It looks like we could have as many as 10
for the SYC parade and quite a few in Kirkland, too!
