For the most part around here, the fees are directed to raise money for
assorted causes. From historic building preservation to illnesses. Some
local Governments charge for use of parks. I can not imagine that Mt
Dora is taking in the fees just for the heck of it. Maybe they have to
pay off those darned alligators that stay with in petting range? As I
remember Doug did not pay the alligators and lost a prop? Later Dave the
