It certainly makes my Right Hand Drive car on Ebay look pretty good. If
anyone has not seen it please take a look and call me 630-241-9703 (office)
if you have any questions. No, I didn't plan on selling it but out of the
blue came a chance to buy a 77 mile new Amphicar still sitting in a heated
warehouse in the same spot where the dealer took delivery in 1967. A
difficult decision. Chris reminded me we couldn't afford to keep them both
and I couldn't pass on a nos car.

I'd consider trades etc. but can't get to deep into the selling price. As
listed with the cost to import and ship it here I'll be upside down in the
car. It's a special Amphicar and I hope if finds a good home with an
Amphicar enthusiast.

I was floored when I saw the price for that car. IMNSHO, way too
much for a car such as it is (I would say it's a mid $20's car). It
has many things that detract from it's value. The have an asking
price for a top shelf car that is missing many significant parts
and the dash has been modified with addition of several gages. Good
luck to them. I think they will hold onto it for some time at that
price.

Hello All, This is notice of a special car show that is coming up on June 6 @
Riverside park in Ypsilanti Mich. It is the Orphan Car Show and last year had
over 300 cars. Its a very interesting show with cars you will never see anywhere
else. There have always been 2 or 3 Amphicars. If you would like to sign up
