Amphicar Owners Club (IAOC) Board!

Comments for Ballot:
I want to dedicate a portion of my amphibious
life to the betterment of my aqueous amigos.
This is a selfless act of pure finned fanaticism
toward the preservation of our Amphicars and our
amphibious way of life. I promise to seek no
higher office, nor shirk my web toed duties as
a member of the IAOC Board. The IAOC has given
so much to me... I want to give back to this
great organization. With all my gills I will
do the very best I can to serve the IAOC.

My illustrious amphibious resume includes;
1.) 5+ blissful years of Amphicar ownership
2.) Over 20 contributions to the IAOC newsletter
3.) Over 400 non-technical factless contributions
to the Amphi-Lovers Yahoo/Escribe bulletin board.
4.) Hosted 3 moderately successful San Diego Swim-Ins
5.) Creator of the highly coveted Amphibian of the
Year Award (AYA).
6.) I actually own and wear a real propeller beanie.
7.) I married a mermaid.

And what campaign would be complete without some
incredibly silly campaign promises;
1.) The creation of the Amphibian Hall of Fame in
Celina, Ohio.
2.) An amphibious line of clothing, jewelry, and
accessories for our Amphicars.
3.) Discount vouchers for Amphi to attend boating
safety courses.
4.) A webcast televised mermaid fashion show.
5.) Sponsorships for an X-Games Splash Entry contest.
6.) Free cheesy bumper stickers denoting;
"While you sleep with the fishes... I sleep with a mermaid"
"Amphicar - The best handling boat on land
and the best driving car in the water."

Please consider a vote for Amphipoda to be a member

I would offer to second Amphipodas nomination, but it's not necessary, as the
rules allow anyone with sufficient immodesty to nominate themselves. Amphipoda
