....just a friendly reminder that some of you may have forgotten to renew
your membership in the International Amphicar Owners Club. It's easy to
forget to send in your renewal over the holidays....and during the cold
weather that some of us are in the middle of, it's easy not to think of
Amphi!
If you haven't renewed yet and you want to join us again for 2003, please do
so because you don't want to miss out on being included in the 2003
Membership Roster that will print February 15.
Dues are $25.00 for US/Canada/Mexico and $30.00 for all other countries.
We accept check, money order, or cash in ANY currency (just check the
exchange rates). Simply mail to the club at:

If you would like to pay by credit card, just go to the club web page at
www.amphicar.com and follow the "Join the Club" link.

Not a member of the Club? Now's a good time to join for 2003! It's early
in the year, and you won't miss out on anything by signing up now.

We ended 2002 with 326 members....and are on track to even more in 2003!

Sure, many Amphicar lovers are members of both, but you do NOT have to be a
member of the International Amphicar Owners Club to enjoy this great online
resource the Mike Israel founded. Please don't be confused and think that
you will not be able to participate in the email group if you do not pay
your dues.....this is FREE. (thanks, Mike!)

Is it true that 72 amphibians have yet to re-new their International
Amphicar Owners Club membership? Perhaps it slipped their amphibious
minds and/or got misplaced amongst the IRS documentation. But those
fine finned fanatics should realize they won't be getting anymore
IAOC newsletters (for which I am now the editor? a scary thought that
is) and they won't have access to the Amphicar.com Members Only area
and they won't be on the holiday gift list and the all the other cool
stuff we have in store for you. Of course it's not too late to re-
new your membership and it's never too late to join the IAOC and
become a new member. For the price of a small bag of groceries it's
worth every penny. So if you haven't renewed or if you want to join
the IAOC ? NOW IS THE TIME!!!
