Amphi events

I just added Gould's Second Annual Amphicar Swim-In to the calendar.
If there are any other events you want in the website, please let me
know!!

Is there more info available for either of these...

August 20th, 2005: 5th Annual San Diego Swim-In - San Diego,
California
August 27, 2005: Lake Cumberland Swim - Somerset, Kentucky

Re: Amphi events

John, thanks for the reminder...
The August 20th San Diego event venue has moved to Lake Hodges.
Hodges is a bigger and better lake with huge ramps and lots of water.
We have special guests from the San Diego Triumph Sports Car Club
joining in the fun. A chance to see where some Amphicar parts
are used on Triumphs and vice versa. Beverags provided, BYO food
to cook on the grill and/or snacks to share. Starts at 10:00 AM
and goes till 4:00 PM. Sunscreen recommended. Media coverage
is also expected from 2 newspapers and Fox TV. Hope to see many
fine finned friends there and make some new ones too.
Be well, swim safe.

Steve, Do you live anywhere near Griffin, GA? My brother lives there & we go to visit him at least once a year. You can e-mail me off line at ribcab@davisp.com.
