I've been searching for the exact U joints for the late style
(spindly) drive shafts and believe I have found them. I had one with
a grease fitting at the cross point sent over (from Europe) and it
looks to be fine for the outside joint on the style 4 shaft and both
joints of the style 3 type. I'm currently waiting for several of the
type with the grease fitting on the end cap to arrive (again from
Europe) but it will be a few weeks before they come it. Once they're
all here, I'll check them out to see if they will fit right and let
you know about their price and availability.
