Today was the 1st day in over 2 weeks w/o a 100+ temp and a MONSTER
headache. I contracted a rare virus (3 types, in 3 places) that
attacked my left leg, blood and organs. Went to bed on a Wed feeling
sickly and woke up with my leg and foot swelled to over twice the
normal size. Blisters 5" in dia all over. I will spare you the rest of
the gory details. This could have been fatal if not caught when I did.
A 15 yr old died recently of this same thing in Denver.

I have another 8 days of I.V. antibiotics to administer here at home.
I am not supposed to be up at all but I wanted to take a couple
minutes to let everyone know I am doing better. Tired of doing
nothing, but it beats the alternative. I dodged a bullet for sure.

Johnny,

Good to hear you are doing well. Get some rest, and we will communicate again when you are back to healthy.
