Frankenmuth Swim In - John C. Lambert
I will be the contact person for this event, and John Bevins will add the link on Amphicar.com to the Four Points Hotel, Saginaw Michigan where I have the rooms reserved.
These rooms are all in my name, so I need our members to contact me with their commitment to attend, and I will contact the hotel. I will need to contact the hotel to switch the reservation names.
Frankenmuth is about 20 miles away, but we could not find any hotels closer.  This is a big events and rooms are booked a year in advance.
I have been speaking with corporate sales and they are trying to negotiate a $95.00 rate with the Four Points hotel. I may be able to get local coupons for all our attendees to reduce this rate even more.
We will be the featured vehicle this year. You do not need to register on the web site I will provide the names of our club members bringing a car, and you will have a packet waiting for you at the registration desk on Friday September 5, 2008.
Our cars and trailers will be allowed to park on the show grounds (in the park on the river) at Frankenmuth, and we will all be staged in one area. We can car pool to the hotel each night using our tow vehicles.
