Sorry about the cross postings, but I have just been notified that the
Sheraton Needham Hotel has recently sold out of the room block for one of the days
for our event on July 11, 12 & 13, and that they are close to selling out the
second night as well. I may still be able to manually book about five more
rooms, but I would need to know as soon as possible to get additional rooms for
anyone who is interested in attending the event
If you have not already booked your rooms at the Sheraton, and you would
still like to stay there, please contact me immediately at chasgould@mac.com, or
at chasgould@aol.com, and I will try to book your room manually. I will need
your dates of preferred stay, as well as your credit card info, and contact
information.
In past years, I have been easily able to add additional rooms to the room
block reservation, but it is not as easy this year. I am trying to get more
rooms secured on the block, but the hotel is very busy with a hockey tournament,
and they have very little availability.
I am also inquiring at another hotel in the area, and I hope to have
additional rooms available there in the next day or so, but I will need to know how
many additional rooms are desired, so please contact me as soon as possible if
you plan on attending and do not yet have your hotel accommodations in place.
