Bunch of Old Practical Classics Magazines (No Amphi Content)
Hi All,
I am cleaning out old boxes and came across a bunch of Practical Classics magazines from the early 1990's. These are filled with articles and how-to stuff on primarily older British and European classic cars. I'm sure Dave Chapman knows this magazine well.
Anyhow, I was going to put them in the recycle bin but I thought someone here might want them. I'll box em up, just pay me for whatever the postage is to ship em. Probably about 30 of em.
Cheers,
Mike

Mike: I'll take 'em! I like any old mag especially if it had tech articles and odd ball euro cars. My zip is 76071. Thank you, Marc J. Struglia, 704 Central Ave., Newark, TX

Good morning Mike,
If those Practical Classic Mags have not yet been claimed, I would
love to have them for our museum collection. I am happy to pay
postage, and would be eternally grateful

Bunch of Old Practical Classics Magazines (No Amphi Content)
Practical Classics is a great magazine and well worth tracking down, it is
also available on subscription. It went "off piste" a while ago but recently
has been on top form with articles on powder coating, acid dipping, lead
loading, ceramic coating etc. Although mainly focussing on European cars
that are used in the UK there was an excellent feature on a US road trip in
a 70s Eldorado recently and as there is a big following in the US it now has
some US advertisers.
Not much specific Amphicar content in each issue, maybe once a year there
will be a mention, but Herald / Spitfire are often in there and much of the
tech stuff applies to all cars.
Oh, it's a monthly with an extra issue so 13 copies a year.

Re: Bunch of Old Practical Classics Magazines (No Amphi Content)
Biggest draw back is that it shows cool European cars which are all but impossible to find here. It is a nice big, lots of pictures magazine. Dave the Wave

Hey Marc,
If you really need or want these, you are welcome to them. If your
interest is casual, may I suggest that we ask Mike to spilt them up
and we will share them. Whichever you prefer is fine with me.
