Please check your November / December issue of the W&W newsletter (mailing page) to see if your membership has expired.
There are a lot of members who haven't renewed as of yet and your club would appreciate it if you did. This has been a non paid announcement from your all volunteer staff.
Send to me a $30 check or use Paypal:
1926 Princeton Avenue
Camp Hill, PA. 17011
PS: Mike could you lock this up at the top.

Don,
Thanks for your check I did get it.
Due to the shear volume of checks coming in this time of year it would be impossible for the club to respond to each person stating that they received it. Your canceled check will let you know we received it.
Thanks again!

I'm not certain, but there was some sort of issue with paypal last year that automatically signed us up for a yearly subscription, right? I haven't made any changes to that, so I was under the impression it was being done automatically. Am I wrong?

Hi Peter,
You will need to check your Paypal account as to what features are toggled on or off as IAOC can't access your account. You will also be able to see if a automatic payment was made. Check on your newsletter (outside mailer) as there is a date posted when your membership expires. Below is from Ed Price regarding the Paypal automatic renewal which I think is also posted in one of the newsletters:
How to delete your PayPal automatic renewal option:
Go to PayPal at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr
Yow will need to enter your email address and password to log on.
Click the MY ACCOUNT tab.
Click the HISTORY subtab.
In the SHOW dropdown menu, choose the SUBSCRIPTIONS field.
Check the FROM box and change the date back two years.
Click SEARCH.
View the details of your IAOC SUBSCRIPTION CREATION.
At the bottom of that page, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
On the CONFIRMATION page, click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION again.
Log off of PayPal as usual.
Close your eyes, click YOUR HEELS, and say I JUST CANCELLED AT PAYPAL.

I am personally very appreciative with the step by step instructions on how
to delete this automatic renewal deal with Pay Pal. I tried at some length
2 days ago and had to give up. Now, I'll download these Kindergarten
instructions and have another go at it. Vic Nelson

The auto pay "feature" by Paypal has been disabled due to many problems. You will need to go in each year to renew. No longer will you need to be concerned that your payment will be yanked out of your hands by Paypal. That is why we have a "Membership Czar" (John Lambert) for!

Yes you can. I just stopped any new memberships from auto-renewing to avoid any unexpected or double payments.
